Coaching:

I offer coaching and consulting for eating disorders and LGBTQ exploration. Coaching can mean being part of an already existing outpatient team or in collaboration with a primary therapist.

Groups:

Gender Expansive Teen Group

    * For trans, nonbinary, and gender expansive teens ages 13-15.

    * 6 Thursdays  from 5:00-6:30 9/26-9/31

    * Closed group of up to 8 (minimum 4)

    *  $60 per session ($360 total- sliding scale available)

    * Located in person in the ActivSpace building in Maple Leaf

    This group will bring together gender expansive teens for connection, support, creative expression. and gender celebration. They will also learn coping strategies for when being expansive, gets tough, ways to navigate challenging situations by learning communication skills and how to set boundaries.
